PVC Belt Conveyors:
PVC belt conveyors are used for assembly and packing lines where product hygiene is extremely important and are widely used in the pharmaceutical industries manufactured in aluminium, mild or stainless steels.
Straights, inclines and bends are available and high temperatures and high speeds can be achieved.
The use of magnets can be used below the moving belt to make ferrous products such as container ends adhere to the belt, allowing incline and decline with consistent product spacing.
Can Cable Ways
Cable conveyors are usually simple, often using a small diameter nylon coated, mild steel or stainless steel cable to carry the product.
The conveyor frame consists of an angle, box section or unistrut design with bearing wheeled cable return wheels. The cable runs on a nylon profiled wear strip and incorporates either fixed or size adjustable guide rails. Corner wheel units are used to change the direction and incline or decline the cans.
Elevators and Lowerator’s:
The ability to gently move products from one level to another is a common requirement of production lines. We have the technical knowledge to produce the right solution whatever your requirement.
We can offer side grip style, magnetic for use on ferrous metals, vacuum and flighted belt style elevators and lowerators to provide the most cost effective solution for dealing with elevation changes.
